UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been banned from run companies for quaternity years

The bassist of 1980s reggae ring UB40 has been banned from working companies for tetrad days later a bust-up ended bookkeeping.

Earl Falconer was latched because his troupe Unconditioned reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't reasonably rent the yield with creditors.

The group's concern director David Parker and associate film director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-class bans respectively. 

It is silent two other ex-banding members were among the creditors.
